    Gunners use weapons known as Bowguns, and Bows. They vary in type and use special types of bullets that hold different affects. Gunners specialize in long range attacks, and support more then close range, they often find a good high spot where they can continuously shoot the target without taking damage. Even Bullets, or arrows can rickoshet off monsters if they are not powerful enough. Bowguns, and Bows also vary in different rarity's:

    (Weapons Rarity. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.)

    HR 1-2: 1-3 Rarity
    HR 3-4: 4-6 Rarity
    HR 5-6: 5-7 Rarity
    HR 7-10: 8-10 Rarity

    Bowguns use specialized shots:

    Normal S: Shots that do normal damage.
    Pierce S: Shots that dig deep into the target and do a lot of damage on its way.
    Pellet S: Shots that spread out after shot and cover the target in multiple bullets.
    Crag S: Shots that once make contact with the target, will stick to them then explode.
    Clust S: Shots that once make contact with the target, will seperate into 4 bombs, that explode as they hit the ground.
    Recovery S: Shots that if shot at a partner, recovers a portion of their health.
    Poison S: Shots that if enough shots make contact with the target, will poison them.
    Paralyze S: Shots that if enough shots make contact with the target, will paralyze them for a short time.
    Sleep S: Shots that if enough shots make contact with the target, will put them asleep for a while.

    Bowguns also have the ability to use elemental shots, that make up for the weapon itself not having an element.

    Flame S: Shots that do fire damage on contact.
    Water S: Shots that do water damage on contact.
    Thunder S: Shots that do lightning damage on contact.
    Freeze S: Shots that do frost damage on contact.
    Dragon S: Shots mainly used against dragons, they increase damage done on contact against dragons.
    Tranq S: Shots that put a captured Wyvern into a deep sleep allowing you to capture it.
    Paint S: Shots that if make contact, will mark the target and allow you to track it anywhere it goes.
    Demon S: Shots that if make contact with a partner, will increase their attack power.
    Armor S: Shots that if make contact with a partner, will increase their defense.

    Bows on the other hand, dont use any specific type of shot, they use coating instead. Coatings are a liquid that if connected to the tip of a bow, will spray it out on the arrow giving it many affects. Bows can also be charged up to a maximum of 3 times, when fully charged, they will do a lot more damage. Bows have unlimited ammo.

    Power Coating: Coating that increases the power of each arrow arrow.
    Close Range Coating: Coating that increases the power amazingly, only when shot at close range.
    Paint Coating: Coating that will mark the target, allowing you to track it anywhere it goes.
    Poison Coating: Coating that if enough make contact, will poison the target for a while.
    Paralysis Coating: Coating that if enough make contact, will paralyze the target for a short time.
    Sleep Coating: Coating that if enough make contact, will put the target to sleep for a while.

    Types:

    Light Bowguns:

    Light Bowguns are ranged weapons that allow the player to run with the weapon drawn and attack quickly due to its light weight. Although the hunter has the advantage of being able to run around, light bowguns are generally lacking in attack power. They also have the disadvantage of carrying less ammo types to use than their ranged counterparts.

    Medium Bowguns

    Medium Bowguns balance in between Light bowguns, and Heavy Bowguns. They allow the hunter to run a mildly fast speed, and have a descent amount of ammo varieties.

    Heavy Bowguns:

    Heavy Bowguns are ranged weapons that pack a powerful punch, but due to their size and weight, do not allow you to run. Most commonly, heavy bowguns are able to use the majority of ammo types, and typically, the stronger or higher-level the bowgun, the stronger the ammo types it is able to use. you are now able to upgrade your heavy bowgun with a shield. Heavy bowguns can be equiped with a long-barrel or a shield with their own advantages. Equipping a long barrel will increase the accuracy of the bowgun along with its attack power, meanwhile equipping the shield will enable the "Autoguard" skill, compensating the movement restriction from the weapon.

    Bows:

    The Bow is another ranged weapon that uses arrows as ammunition instead of bolts. Bow users are usually the most dexterous and mobile because of the lightweight material bows are crafted from. The amount of arrows you can use is unlimited. Vials, which are capable of adding various status effects, however, must be bought or made. These can also be used to power up arrows to do extra damage. A unique feature of the bow is that when aiming, an otherwise-imaginary line is exposed to show where the arrow will hit. Also worthy of note is that bow users can utilize two melee attacks: a downward slash and a horizontal slash. The melee attacks are generally weaker than firing arrows, but they do not waste vials. Using the melee attack also inflicts both elemental damage (if the bow has an element) and the status of any equipped coatings. Bows are also able to be charged to three different levels (four with armor skill), each one changing the type of arrow to pierce, scatter, or rapid depending on the bow (there are different levels for each type as well).
